Media Mogul Seeks to Take Supreme Court Justice's House

If you have been following the news during the last couple of weeks you are probably aware that the Supreme Court ruled that private property can be taken from one individual and given to another if a local government believes that the new owner will be able to make use of it which is of a benefit to the public, ie generate more tax revanue. This of course essentially eliminates the concept of "private" property and makes all property owned by the government.
Welcome to serfdom.
I have no doubt that this state of affairs is only temporary, as legislation has already been introduced to overturns this ridiculous decision, and here is an example of why.
