FileMenu Tools

I linked to this one earlier on my shared google reader stuff, but I have been using it for a while, and I think it is worth putting up here as well. Basically this tool lets you easily customize the menu that appears when you right click on stuff in Windows. It adds some very useful and powerful functionality.
